6. Users-of-Users’ Personal Information

  • Wix collects and processes Users-of-Users’ data solely on behalf of its users, not on its own behalf.

  • Wix acts as a “Processor”; users are the “Controllers” under GDPR.

  • Users are responsible for obtaining consent, ensuring legality, and handling data security.

  • Wix processes such data in approved jurisdictions or under legal transfer mechanisms.

  • Users must inform their Users-of-Users via privacy policies; Wix suggests publishing clear ones.

  • Wix has no direct relationship with Users-of-Users—such individuals must contact the site owner for data inquiries.

 

7. Use of Cookies & Third-Party Technologies

  • Wix and third-party services use cookies for performance, personalization, security, and analytics.

  • Cookie settings can be managed via browser; Wix does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

8. Communications from Wix

  • Promotional Messages: Sent via email, text, calls, and notifications; users can opt out anytime.

  • Service & Billing Messages: Important operational communications that users cannot opt out of unless they delete their account.

  • Applicants can apply by submitting contact details, CV, and relevant information via the

 

Wix job application form.
 Wix will process this data according to the Privacy Policy for Job Applicants.
 Personal data will be used solely for internal recruitment and employment purposes.
 Public Forums & User Content:
 Information shared on Wix’s public forums, blogs, and communities may be accessed
and used by others.
 Wix cannot always remove personal info posted in such spaces, especially on third-party
platforms like Facebook.
 Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly and are responsible
for content uploaded.
 Wix applies security measures but can't control the actions of third parties who access
content.
